Thai Propak Visitor Returns to Tour Our CIJ Production Facility

A packaging industry customer from Thailand recently paid a special visit to our facility for an in-depth inspection of our inkjet coding equipment. The connection was first made at this year’s Propak Thailand exhibition, where the customer showed keen interest in our coding machines on display. Taking the opportunity of a business trip to China, they arranged a factory visit to gain deeper insight into the equipment’s performance and manufacturing capabilities.

During the visit, the customer toured the assembly and testing workshops, observing the core components and production processes up close. Our technical team provided live demonstrations and detailed explanations, addressing the customer’s specific concerns regarding printing speed, ink system stability, and compatibility with various substrates. As the sample machine operated at high speed on a simulated production line, the printed barcodes and characters remained crisp and sharp, leaving a strong impression.

In the subsequent technical discussion, both parties explored topics such as coding requirements for food and beverage packaging lines and smart data integration. The customer highly praised the overall performance of the coding equipment and the customized solutions offered, noting that the on-site visit exceeded expectations and strengthened their confidence in future cooperation.

This return visit not only deepened the customer’s trust in our R&D and manufacturing strength but also laid a solid foundation for further expansion into the Thai market.
